Refund Policy

No real customer payments are currently accepted. Stripe activity used to validate billing is test mode and does not create a real charge requiring a refund.

A live refund policy must be approved and published before real payments are accepted.

That future policy must identify refund eligibility, request deadlines, support contact details, processing expectations, exceptions, and any rights required by applicable law.

A participant who believes a real charge occurred should stop further billing activity and report it immediately through the existing beta-contact channel with the date, amount, and non-sensitive transaction details.

Never send a full payment-card number, password, authentication cookie, or secret key.
